This is just a suggestion for you please ponder about it and revert back. I want to discuss the role of Prime minister in our current system, which needs soe changes and it also helps to stop curruption. I am against of bringing PMO under Lokpal but at the same time i want someone to scrutinise over our minister. But the question is who will do it. My suggestion is rather than giving any department to Prime Minister just give him and a group of experts, a task to look over all the minister's activity and major transaction so that we can control corruption.
Also, only one department is alloted one minister, where he will be responsible for all the irregularities. It will also increase the productivity of Department. Some of our minister running two departments, eg- Agriculture and International cricket council, the guy is busy with attending his meetings of cricket, resulting destruction of department.
A lot can be done by putting simple efforts. May be this proganda is not completely correct but some of its suggestions can put into practice and implemented effectively.
